Using this website

By using this website, our phone line, text messages or chat, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use them or to ask us for work.

Estimates

Estimates are free. An estimate from photos or a video is a starting point, not a final price. Rigo confirms the price, the work and the date with you before any job starts.

Text message program

• Program: Rigo 2 The Rescue texts about your estimate request, your job and follow-up questions.
• How you join: you give us your number and check the consent box on our form or chat, or you text us first.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stop: reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP, or call (813) 323-2179.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Calls

Calls to our business line may be recorded. A virtual assistant may answer and take your message when Rigo is on a job.
